In-stock lenses ship within one to two business days. You get a text with the tracking number when the label prints. Standard shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage; overnight is available at checkout for a set fee. Local customers can choose delivery by our own driver or pickup.
Special order lenses, unusual powers and maker back-orders can take longer. We tell you before you pay and keep you posted.
Unopened, unexpired boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. If your prescription changed, we exchange unopened boxes for the new power.
Opened boxes cannot be resold and are not returnable, except when a lens is defective; those we replace at no charge. To start a return, text or call us with your order number.
If a box arrives damaged, or is not what was ordered, tell us within 7 days and we send the right box at once, before the return travels.
